In this class pregnant folks will learn how to safely adapt their yoga practice, flow, relax and restore while connecting with their bodies and community. Class consists of a sweet prenatal vinyasa flow using many props and will end with supported restorative poses for ultimate relaxation. Participants will be at all stages of their pregnancy journey, the goal is to have complete ownership over your practice. All offerings are exactly that, an offering you can choose to take or adapt to meet your needs.
