Kimmi Schonhorst (she/her), Birth and Postpartum Doula
Associate Doula

Kimmi is a trauma-informed consent educator, movement instructor, and full spectrum doula. Doula work is relational work, and Kimmi loves getting to know her clients deeply. Her deepest desire is for you to feel heard, seen, valued, and supported in every step of your reproductive journey. She encourages you to listen to yourself, ask for what you need or want, and practice receiving love and care.

Kimmi is a white, queer, neurodivergent woman and survivor of trauma and sexual violence. She has a background in sexual violence prevention, and aims to create a culture of consent in every space she enters. She recognizes her identities come with a lot of privilege, and aims for her practice to be rooted in anti-racism, anti-ableism, advocacy, and intersectional reproductive justice. She is gentle, compassionate, and kind as she shows up for you and your whole family.

When she’s not at a birth or postpartum shift, Kimmi loves yoga, rock climbing, spending time outside, cuddling her cat, and spending time with her friends.
