Come join Chelsea to learn how mindfulness, visualization, and relaxation can help you to have a calm, peaceful birth experience.

This class is perfect for those who have given birth before and need a refresher or a supplement to another comprehensive childbirth education class.

Mindfulness is “the awareness that arises from paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally”. Chelsea’s experience as a yoga teacher, doula, and HypnoBirthing® instructor will help guide you in several wide-ranging techniques combining ancient wisdom and current evidence-based science.

The techniques you will learn in this 2 hour long class can help you to manage the intense sensations of childbirth, increase your confidence and decrease your fears revolving around birth and motherhood. Learning these tools of mindfulness can also help cultivate life skills for wise parenting and loving partnerships.
