Designed for parents who have already done the labor and delivery dance, but need some reminders of what to expect. This 3 hour class day will be packed full of information to help you make informed decisions, reminders of what to expect in labor and birth, build your toolbox with comfort measures, and gain the confidence necessary to feel prepared for the birth of your 2nd (3rd, 4th, 5th??) child.

We will also have time to discuss your previous birth experiences, and how to integrate a new baby into the family.
