This 60 minute prenatal vinyasa yoga class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience, and all three trimesters. We will move through active sun salutations, creative vinyasa sequences, and grounding cool downs modified for pregnant bodies. You can expect to spend the hour connecting with your breath, your body, and your baby with intentional movement and rest.
Must register at least 24 hours in advance for class. Drop-in available, but please call 512-814-6195, 30 minutes before class to ensure we have enough participants for class.
