This class is designed for those who want to move their bodies more vigorously, and need to get back to work or cannot commit to a longer practice. Vinyasa means one breath per movement. Asanas are linked in a way to keep your body flowing for most of the class. This is an all levels class that will be taught in a way that you can amplify or modify your practice to meet your own needs on any given day. We will explore intention setting, heart pumping flow and end with a short but juicy savasana.
Must register at least 24 hours in advance for class. Drop-in available, but please call 512-814-6195, 30 minutes before class to ensure we have enough participants for class.
