In this class pregnant folks will learn how to safely adapt their yoga practice, flow, relax and restore while connecting with their bodies and community.
Class will begin with a circle to connect with other pregnant bodies, then the instructor will guide breath work, meditation and intention setting. Class consists of a sweet prenatal vinyasa flow using many props and will end with supported restorative poses for ultimate relaxation. This class is designed for seasoned yogis wanting to adapt their yoga practice or those just starting out. Participants will be at all stages of their pregnancy journey, the goal is to have complete ownership over your practice. All offerings are exactly that, an offering you can choose to take or adapt to meet your needs.
